About Markesha

I’m Markesha Hartshorn, creator of the 60+ Strong Programs. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2014 and have been working with senior members of the community for 5 years. Over that time I have seen just how life-changing strengthening exercise can be for my clients.

I use a variety of techniques to build functional strength, designed to help you with day-to-day life. Whether you are new to exercise, or getting back on the horse, I have a solution for you. So join me, and recapture the strength in your life.
