My Mission.
Seeing this contrast, I wanted to help the senior members of my community, those aged 60 and above, maintain and even build their strength so they could continue to live full-out for as long as possible.
I’ve been running strengthening classes for over 60’s for more than 5 year and I’ve seen the tremendous benefits strength training can have.
But I know it can sometimes be hard to get to class and some can’t afford it. So, I’ve taken what I do in my face-to-face classes & made them available online.
