Meet Your Instructor:
Markesha Hartshorn is a fully-qualified personal trainer from Australia. For the past 6 years she has specialized in senior exercise.
During that time she has helped hundreds of people in her community keep active and healthy.
When COVID-19 shut down the world, she began posting her classes online. Her goal was to help her community maintain their health and fitness from home.
She specialises in strength training for over 60’s. Studies show this type of training can have wide-reaching benefits on your health. Not only strength increase, but also the prevention of disease.
Markesha has had the pleasure of helping many people over the years. Now, her aim is to improve your quality of life by helping you find new strength.

How does the Free Trial Work?
During your first 14-days you will have complete access to everything without a cent leaving your bank account. You will need to input your credit card details (or paypal) as you sign-up.
After the 14th day, you will be charged the first subscription amount. This depends on the option you selected: $9.99 for the monthly option or $99.99 for the yearly plan.
How long are your classes?
Our classes run anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. Most classes are around 40 minutes long, including a full warm-up, multiple rounds of exercise and a cooldown. We make sure you get all the benefits from exercise and run comprehensive classes.
Are the classes live?
No. The classes are pre-recorded which means they can be accessed anytime and on any device with internet access. You can even pause the class whenever you need to.
Do I need any special equipment?
Most classes can be done with just a simple set of dumbbells and a sturdy chair. If you don’t have dumbbells, you can just use two bottles of water.
Any “extra” equipment we use is very affordable and simplistic. For example, we have several classes using a slider and a resistance band. Both can be purchased for less than $10.
“Classes designed for over 60’s” what does that mean?
Markesha has done specialized training for instructing older adults in safe exercise. The exercises you’ll do in her classes are low-impact and take into consideration the limitations your body may have.
You won’t be doing crazy push-up variations. You’ll be doing safe, effective exercises that give your body all the benefits it needs.
Can I try one of your classes without signing up?
Sure! We have many free classes on our YouTube Channel here. Just be aware that we are always improving the quality of our videos and some of our older classes aren’t of the best quality.
